Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Managing the IT helpdesk tool service request and incident
• Monitor the IT incident and service request SLA.
• Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.
• Providing voice support to end users.
• Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
• Creating Service request and Incident behalf of end user in helpdesk Tool
• L1 and L2 Support and troubleshooting on server, Network and Voice Infrastructure
• Troubleshooting skills on MacBook, Windows 10, 11 OS
• Multifunction Canon Network printer troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting skills on conference room equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and networking equipment
• Ensure timely tagging documentation and tracking of assets from procurement to decommissioning
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals as per approved requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Follow up with vendors or service provider related any software or hardware issues.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
