Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cluster-wide technical training strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Conduct regular training needs analyses
  • Design, update, and deliver curricula: hands-on trainings, learning modules, certification paths, and blended learning programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a network of training coordinators and technical instructors.
  • Manage training budgets, vendor partnerships, facilities, and digital learning platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Establish KPIs (e.g., competency scores, skill ratings, audit outcomes) and track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
  • Collaborate with plant managers, engineering, HR, and quality leaders to align training with production and maintenance schedules.
