Implement and oversee the use of media planning tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. New Business Development: Support new business pitches by developing compelling media strategies and presentations. Budget Management: Oversee the management of media budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Identify opportunities to optimize media spend and improve ROI. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Skills and Experience Deep understanding of media planning principles, strategies, and best practices across non-biddable channels. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Experience using media planning software, ad serving platforms, and analytics tools. Ability to negotiate favorable rates and secure optimal media placements. Familiarity with the media landscape, regulations, and cultural nuances of the region.
