1 Business Development Executive
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Agency experience preferred) Role SummaryYou will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong clientrelationships, and contributing directly to the agencys growth. This role demandsstrong communication, pitching ability, and an understanding of marketing services. Roles && Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads (B2B focus) Pitch 360 marketing services to potential clients Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions Coordinate with internal creative && digital teams for proposals Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Must-Have Skills Strong verbal && written communication Experience in selling marketing / advertising / digital services Client pitching && negotiation skills Understanding of branding, digital && performance marketing Presentation && proposal-making skills
