Suggest relevant tools, processes and technologies to facilitate problem identification, investigation, analysis and resolution. Best practices and industry standards in documentation related to problem management Understanding of ITIL and Agile is a plus. IT Policies knowledge, CompTIA certification or relevant experience or knowledge. Required skills and qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science In-depth knowledge of security technologies, incident management software and other security-related equipment. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures and programs. Familiarity with laws, regulations and industry standards pertaining to security and safety in India. Proficiency in security assessments, audits and investigations at a large scale. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse security team.
