Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (1–2 Years Experience)

Location: Noida Sec-63, Delhi NCR (On-site)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 per month


About the Role


The Branding Studio is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and the ability to scale campaigns profitably. You will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to deliver measurable ROI for client brands.


Key Responsibilities


Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant ad networks.


Manage budgets, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation for maximum performance.


Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.


Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, placements, and creatives to improve results.


Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools.


Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.


Perform competitor and industry research to identify opportunities for campaign scaling.


Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.


Requirements


1–2 years of experience in performance/digital marketing (agency experience preferred).


Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.


Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel building, attribution, and remarketing strategies.


Good analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.


Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable campaign strategies.


Basic understanding of landing page optimisation and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).


Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative and content teams.
