Advertising Creative Strategy & Development Trainer

As an Advertising Creative Strategy & Development Trainer, your role will involve training 2nd Year MBA students in Creative Strategy & Campaign Development through hands-on, practical workshops. You will be replicating real agency workflows to help students understand the process of developing, refining, pitching, and executing creative ideas for brands across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting live learning sessions, assignments, briefs & case walkthroughs - Focusing on Brand Creative Strategy & Campaign Thinking - Teaching Brand Positioning, Tonality & Communication Style - Guiding in Consumer Insight Mining and Turning Insight Into Big Idea - Instructing on Ad Copy, Messaging Frameworks, and Storytelling Techniques - Planning & Executing 360 Brand Campaigns (Digital + Offline + Integrated) - Developing Content Strategy for Social Media and Performance Campaigns - Providing guidance on Creative Briefing, Ideation, Creative Review & Refinement - Delivering Social Posts, Ad Creatives, Campaign Decks, and Pitch Presentation Structure - Presenting Case Studies of Iconic Brand Campaigns (Indian + Global) Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Advertising / Creative / Brand Strategy roles - Previous work experience in Digital / Creative Agencies (mandatory) - Preferably held positions such as Creative Director / Associate Creative Director / Senior Creative Strategist - Experience in leading creative ideation, client pitching, and campaign development - Passion for mentoring young talent, reviewing creative work, and providing constructive feedback - Strong belief in practical learning over textbook definitions Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Mode: In-person (Guest Sessions / Short-Term Engagement) Experience Level: 4+ years of experience in Advertising / Creative roles, preferably Creative Director / Associate Creative Director / Senior Creative Strategist Connect With Pranav Patil at pranav.patil@akademia.co.in or 9272548770 for further details about the engagement.
