We’re looking for a result-oriented Ads Manager with proven experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across:

• Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Basic YouTube/Video Ad strategy
• Lead generation, retargeting & performance campaigns

What You’ll Do:

• Strategize, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta and Google
• Create & test high-performing ad creatives (in coordination with our design team)
• Track results (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPL), optimize campaigns daily
• Set up & manage pixels, conversion tracking, audiences
• Generate campaign performance reports with insights and improvement plans

What We Expect:

• 2–4 years of solid experience in Meta & Google ad platforms
• Proven results: ROAS / lead generation / traffic campaigns
• Hands-on with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio
• Familiarity with UTM tracking, funnel strategy, landing pages
• Bonus: Meta Blueprint / Google Ad certification
