Job description

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keyword opportunities, and competitive insights to inform ad targeting and messaging.
  • Create and manage ad campaigns, including campaign setup, ad copywriting, creative development, budget management, and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and generate insights to optimize ad performance, improve targeting, and maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, advertising best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve ad strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align advertising efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on ad performance, campaign results, and recommendations for optimization to stakeholders.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an Ads Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role, with a track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and experience with ad management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Certifications in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
