Job description PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Developer to drive the development of our mobile applications. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring the best development practices, and delivering high-quality mobile solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create seamless and scalable applications. Lead the mobile app development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications. Architect, design, and develop scalable and efficient mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement best practices in mobile app development. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards. Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability. Stay updated with the latest mobile app development trends, tools, and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Manage releases and deployment of mobile applications. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
