Adobe InDesign Expert

We are a B2B business support firm providing specialized services including Data Analysis, Judicial Research, Patent Search, and Management Consultancy. We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe InDesign Specialist to transform our complex research, reports, and service data into high-end, interactive digital brochures and magazines.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between deep technical content and engaging visual storytelling, ensuring our expertise is presented professionally on our Wix-hosted platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interactive Document Creation: Design and publish "Digital Brochures" using InDesign’s Publish Online feature, incorporating video, hyperlinks, and buttons.
• Complex Data Visualization: Transform raw numerical data and Excel sheets into clean, readable tables and infographics.
• Master Template Management: Develop and maintain "Parent Pages" and "Paragraph Styles" to ensure brand consistency across various service lines (Legal, Staffing, Data, etc.).
• Asset Integration: Seamlessly integrate vector graphics (Illustrator), photo assets (Photoshop), and video files into multi-page layouts.
• Web Integration: Collaborate with our web team to embed published Adobe documents into our Wix platform for client viewing.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital files are optimized for fast loading and cross-device compatibility (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile).

Required Skills & Experience

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign (2024/2025 versions) is mandatory.
• Interactive Design: Proven experience creating Interactive PDFs and using Adobe Publish Online.
• B2B Design Logic: Experience designing for professional audiences (C-Suite, Legal, or Technical). Ability to prioritize clarity over decoration.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Strong working knowledge of Photoshop (for image editing) and Illustrator (for vector workflows).
• Excel Integration: Ability to import and style Excel data while maintaining "Live Links" for data accuracy.
• AI Workflow: Familiarity with InDesign’s AI tools (Generative Expand, Text-to-Image, Auto Style) to speed up production.
• Portfolio Required: Must provide a portfolio link showcasing multi-page layouts and interactive digital projects.

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand technical service descriptions (like Patent Search or Judicial Research) and represent them visually.
• Time Management: Capable of managing multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills for collaborating with research teams and management.
