Admissions Manager

Independently manage the end-to-end admissions process for all year groups.
Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.Deliver a high-quality customer experience while ensuring timely and accurate data handling.Handle daily admissions administration: offer letters, enrolments, and student file maintenance (physical and digital).Support the implementation of admissions policies and maintain accurate government register records.Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective families via phone, email, or in-person.Conduct school tours and provide detailed program information to prospective parents and students.Counsel students, administer assessment tests, and schedule interviews with Heads of School.Maintain and update inquiry records in the Admissions CRM system.Follow up diligently through meetings, phone calls, and emails to ensure lead conversion.Plan and organize admissions events such as Open Days, Taster Days, Information Sessions, etc.Represent the school at external events like education fairs.Assist in preparing admission-related presentations and marketing materials for events.Maintain detailed databases of student records, withdrawals, corporate contacts, and feedback.Generate periodic reports for management using admissions data and feedback.Coordinate with insurance providers to manage the student insurance process end-to-end.Support the Head of Admissions with any delegated tasks or special projects.Show flexibility to work extended hours and weekends for events or critical deadlines.
