Technical Operations Lead

Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, water supply, sewage, fire-fighting systems, WTP, STP, and swimming pool filtration systems.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the campus.Maintain detailed records of service schedules, AMC contracts, warranties, and equipment logbooks for all infrastructure.Ensure compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability standards for HVAC and electrical systems.Manage breakdowns effectively by coordinating timely repairs with external vendors and contractors.Conduct periodic safety inspections, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations including electrical safety, fire safety, and water quality.Construction & Project SupportSupervise on-site execution to ensure quality installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems in ongoing infrastructure projects.Perform inspections, snag checks, and assist in the smooth handover of new facilities.Vendor & Contractor ManagementLiaise with AMC vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure uninterrupted functioning of MEP and HVAC systems.Enforce contractor compliance with safety protocols and statutory guidelines during on-site work.Evaluate vendor performance and suggest improvements or alternative solutions when necessary.Compliance & SafetyEnsure all operations comply with relevant industry codes and standards.Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures for system operations.Maintain fire safety systems by conducting regular operational tests and inspections.Bachelors Degree/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (with specialization in MEP preferred).5-8 Years (Education Industry)

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Familiarity with building automation systems (BMS) and energy management systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Vendor and contractor management skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Proactive approach with strong attention to safety, compliance, and sustainability.
