Job Summary The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of all machinery in the manufacturing plant. Coordination of AMC and Vendor Management Manage and oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for critical equipment. Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance. Ensure timely renewal of AMCs and monitor vendor performance to maintain service quality. Emergency and Breakdown Management Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with external service providers when necessary for complex issues beyond in-house expertise. Develop contingency plans to reduce machine downtime and improve response time for emergencies. Machine Operation and Support Operate milling and lathe machines when needed to assist with production or test machines after repairs.
