As the Admission Manager in Education Sales, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire student admission cycle, manage leads effectively, and ensure the smooth handling of student inquiries. This pivotal role requires you to travel extensively to various branches across India, coordinating and supervising admission-related activities to guarantee a seamless and efficient admission process. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end student admission cycle, working closely with prospective students to provide guidance and support throughout their admission journey. You will also be responsible for overseeing the management of leads generated through various channels, implementing strategies to maximize conversion rates, and collaborating with the sales team for prompt and accurate lead handling. Additionally, your role will involve traveling to different branches across India to monitor and facilitate admission processes, coordinating with branch teams to streamline admission procedures, and resolving any issues that may arise. Handling student inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about courses, admission requirements, and ensuring a positive and informative experience for prospective students will be crucial aspects of your job. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align admission strategies with organizational goals, gathering feedback, assessing performance, and identifying areas for improvement will also form part of your responsibilities.
