We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Admission & Outreach Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in counselling/admissions/outreach. However, freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

The role involves guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, handling outreach activities, and ensuring a smooth counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding admission procedures, courses, and programs.
• Manage outreach activities to promote admissions.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and emails effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student details.
• Meet admission targets and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
• Collaborate with the outreach team for promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Graduation (completed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi).
• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to handle students and parents with professionalism and patience.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2 Saturdays off per month)

This is a walk-in interview role. Candidates must be comfortable attending the interview in person.
