Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Ludhiana. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the application process, providing information about programs and services, and offering personalized support to ensure a positive experience. Daily tasks include conducting informational sessions, reviewing application materials, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions with prospective students and their families. The Admissions Counselor will work closely with other team members to meet enrollment goals and contribute to the overall success of the admissions department.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
• Experience or knowledge in the field of Education
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of admissions processes and procedures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
