Admissions Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, community events, and virtual sessions.
• Build relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and prospective students.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of admission strategies to meet institutional goals.

Counseling & Advising

• Advise prospective students and families on academic programs, financial aid, application processes, and campus life.

Application Review & Admission

• Evaluate and make recommendations on admission decisions based on academic records, test scores, personal statements, and other materials.

Data & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze application and enrollment trends.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide junior admission staff and student ambassadors.
• Collaborate with academic departments, marketing, financial aid, and student services to coordinate admission efforts.

Strategic Planning

• Contribute to the development and implementation of admission strategies to meet institutional goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in education, communication, business, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 3–5+ years of progressive experience in college admissions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
