Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at Kothari International School, Panvel. The Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admissions process, guide prospective students and parents through their educational journey with the school, and act as a brand ambassador at both on-campus and external events. Responsibilities include providing personalised information, conducting campus tours, responding to inquiries promptly, maintaining accurate admissions records, and collaborating with faculty and administration to ensure a seamless and positive admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi/Marathi preferred.
• Excellent customer service and consultative sales abilities. Candidates with a sales background will be given priority.
• Prior experience or background in the education sector is desirable.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an Admissions Counselor or in a similar role will be an advantage.
