Role Description: TGT Art Teacher This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The TGT Art Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging art lessons, developing the visual arts curriculum, and instructing students in various forms of painting and creative expression. The ideal candidate will foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that inspires students to explore their artistic potential. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement lesson plans aligned with the visual arts curriculum Teach various techniques and mediums of painting and art expression Manage classroom activities and maintain art materials and supplies Encourage creativity, self-expression, and critical thinking through art Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Participate in school events, exhibitions, and art-related competitions Collaborate with peers to integrate art with interdisciplinary themes Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development for art education Proficiency in various painting styles and visual art forms Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment Prior teaching experience in reputed institutions is preferred Show more Show less
