Role Description: TGT Hindi Teacher This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The TGT Hindi Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Hindi language and literature instruction to secondary school students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, committed to student success, and capable of contributing to the school's vibrant learning community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum Deliver interactive and student-centered Hindi lessons that enhance language proficiency and literary appreciation Assess and monitor student performance through assignments, tests, and projects Provide academic support and enrichment opportunities for students, including remedial sessions where necessary Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and student development programs Collaborate with fellow educators for curriculum development, interdisciplinary projects, and school improvement initiatives Attend regular staff meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field B.Ed. or equivalent recognized teaching qualification Proficiency in Hindi language and literature Prior experience teaching Hindi at the secondary level Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to design innovative and engaging lesson plans Experience with the CBSE curriculum is preferred Collaborative mindset and a passion for working with young learners Show more Show less
