Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Pune. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing information on programs and the institution, and ensuring a positive experience. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, managing inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with other departments to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales abilities to effectively handle inquiries and promote programs
• Background in Education to understand and explain academic programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field
