The role requires handling inbound and outbound admission queries, counseling students and working professionals, and driving enrollments for online university programs.---✅ Eligibility Criteria:Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in EdTech or Online/offline Degree Counseling (Mandatory)Languages: Proficient in English, Hindi, and BengaliCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skillsTech Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reportingTarget Audience: Fresh graduates and working professionals---🎯 Key Responsibilities:Daily calling and counseling to leads for online degree admissionsUnderstand student profiles and recommend suitable coursesMaintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRMShare daily reports with the managerMeet admission and revenue targets---💼 Job Type: Full-time, In-office (Kolkata)💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives📅 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred---⚠️ Important:Only candidates with relevant experience in EdTech / Online/ offline Degree vertical will be considered.Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
