Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi near Dwarka Mor Metro Station for an Admissions Counselor at Learnmize. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the application process, counseling them about Learnmize's digital marketing courses, and addressing inquiries. The role involves building positive relationships with students and parents, providing exceptional customer support, and meeting enrollment targets through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication
• Experience in Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience for prospective students
• Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to counsel potential students effectively
• Background in Education or familiarity with student enrollment processes is a plus
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate with team members efficiently
• Passion for promoting education and empowering learners
