Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at Cardinal Warriors School, located in Raipur. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, providing detailed explanations about programs, and managing the application and enrollment process. The role requires building positive relationships with parents and students, conducting campus tours, organizing information sessions, connecting with schools in the community, and maintaining accurate records of prospective students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to deliver clear and engaging messages to families and students.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively assist and address the needs and concerns of prospective students and their families.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques to promote services and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Background in Education or knowledge of academic standards to confidently explain educational offerings and opportunities.
• Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
• Familiarity with admission processes and customer relationship management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
