Admissions Counselor

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselors to join our admissions team at various levels. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, with a proven track record in school admissions and parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle parent inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
• Counsel prospective parents and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, and admission process.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion into admissions.
• Maintain admission records and update reports in CRM or tracking systems.
• Coordinate with academic and admin teams during the admission process.
• Participate in school events, open houses, and marketing initiatives to promote admissions.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for every parent interaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Education preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1–5 years in school admissions or customer relations (experience in reputed schools is an added advantage).
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Goal-driven, confident, and organized personality.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software preferred.
