Admissions Counselor

Job Summary

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and advising prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and representing the institution to the public.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment activities to attract potential students
• Provide information about academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options
• Assist students in completing application forms and required documentation
• Conduct campus tours and participate in recruitment events
• Evaluate student transcripts and assess transfer credits
• Offer academic advising to prospective students
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth admission process

Experience

• Previous experience in university admissions or education administration is preferred
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruiting techniques and Ellucian software is a plus
• Ability to educate and engage with diverse groups of prospective students
• Experience working with students or in an educational setting is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
