Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Pune. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, providing information about available properties, and assisting with the admission process. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, facilitating open houses, responding to inquiries, guiding clients through application procedures, and maintaining records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Background or education in Education-related fields
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
