Role Description-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Europe Study Centre (ESC), located in Delhi, India. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the process of selecting and applying to universities in Europe. Day-to-day tasks include providing information on education options, assessing students' academic backgrounds, assisting with application forms, preparing students for interviews and visa processes, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions. The Counselor will also collaborate with other team members to support students in achieving their educational goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time Admissions Counselor role. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing valuable information about educational programs, and assisting with the application and enrollment procedures. This is an on-site role, located in Delhi, India. Daily tasks include conducting informational sessions, responding to inquiries, meeting with prospective students and their families, and collaborating with other departments to facilitate the admissions process.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred

• Knowledge of education systems in Europe and overseas application processes
• Experience in academic counseling or related fields

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple students simultaneously

• Familiarity with visa procedures and interview preparations

• Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
