Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in Noida Sector-18. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the application and admission process. Day-to-day tasks will include managing inquiries, conducting interviews, providing information regarding courses and programs, and offering support to students and their families. The Admissions Counselor will also contribute to sales efforts by promoting the institution's offerings and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service during the admissions process
• Sales and promoting the institution's offerings skills
• Understanding of the Education sector
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field is preferred
