Admissions Counselor

Objective:

Convert leads into admissions by providing in-depth counseling.

Assist students in the entire admission process, from course selection to documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students/parents.

✅ Assess students' eligibility, interests, and budget to suggest the right options.

✅ Explain detailed course structures, fee details, scholarships, and country benefits.

✅ Handle objections and convince hesitant parents/students.

✅ Assist students with application forms, documentation, and visa processes.

✅ Follow up with students till admission is completed.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams (loan, forex, accommodation, tickets).

✅ Maintain and update student records in CRM.

Skills Required:
