• Handle inbound queries and provide timely support and solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain proper records in the CRM.
• Update and manage customer information efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
• Meet daily/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
