Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Pune. As a Sales Specialist, you will focus on driving student enrollments through effective communication, relationship-building, and offering customized training solutions. Your responsibilities will include engaging potential candidates, explaining course details, managing leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives and provide support during training sessions when required.

Salary - 20% Hike on current salary

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to deliver results in Sales and expertise in Sales Management
• Capability to provide Training and support in client interactions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Prior experience in sales in the education or training industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
