About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students or professionals in building real-world applications using Java and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).

Design, develop, and implement training materials, projects, and assignments.

Guide learners through practical exercises, code reviews, and project development.

Conduct live sessions, doubt-solving, and assessments to evaluate learner progress.

Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Java and full stack development.

Assist in curriculum improvement and provide feedback on course content.

Mentor students on real-time projects (CRUD applications, microservices, full-stack applications).

Technical Skills Required:

Backend: Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate.

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js (or Angular).

Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.

Tools & Environment: Maven/Gradle, Git, Postman, Eclipse/IntelliJ, VS Code.

Bonus Skills: Microservices, Docker, AWS basics (optional).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Java Full Stack Development or Training.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience in teaching/training (corporate or academic) is a plus.
