Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Admissions Counselor located on-site in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, which includes interpersonal communication, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating educational information sessions. The counselor will work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and engagement with potential students, answering inquiries and assisting with the application process.

1. Communicating with the leads and converting them.
2. Working on CRM for effective lead management.
3. Closing course sales.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Background in Education or related fields
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
• Experience in the mental health and wellbeing sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, BBA, Education, Communications, or related field
