As a Admission Counselor you will be responsible for: I. Lead Generation and Qualification (XX leads per month) Conduct outreach activities (phone calls, emails, social media) to generate XX qualified leads per month. Identify and target potential students based on institute programs and admission criteria. Conduct initial consultations to understand student needs and assess suitability for the program. II. Conversion and Enrollment Convert qualified leads into enrolled students through effective communication and presentations. Clearly explain program benefits, course structure, and success rates to address student concerns. Guide students through the application process and ensure all documentation is complete and submitted on time. III. Student Support and Relationship Building Maintain positive relationships with enrolled students by addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Conduct follow-up calls or meetings to ensure student satisfaction and address any initial challenges. Proactively provide students with relevant information and resources to support their learning journey. IV. Market Knowledge and Representation (Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends) Stay updated on latest entrance exam formats, admission criteria, and competitor offerings. Effectively represent the coaching institute at educational fairs and information sessions. Maintain a deep understanding of the institute's programs and USPs (Unique Selling Propositions). V. Data Management and Reporting (Maintain accurate records and submit reports on time) Maintain accurate and organized records of student interactions and application progress. Prepare timely reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and student enrollment.
