Position: Admission Counsellor

Chennai (On-site)

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Counsel and guide students on the Aviation and Technology programs offered by MH Cockpit & MH Cognition.
2. Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital enquiries.
3. Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication.
4. Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports.
5. Participate in campus events, seminars, and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication in

  Hindi, Tamil, and English

  (multilingual proficiency is mandatory).
• 03 years of experience in student counselling, tele-sales, or education marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by targets.
• Graduate in any discipline (background in aviation or IT education is a plus).
