Admissions Counselor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at Arena Animation Bhawarkua, located in Indore. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing information and guidance to prospective students regarding the institution’s programs and courses. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person; managing applications; conducting interviews and campus tours; as well as assisting in the enrollment process. Additionally, the role entails collaborating with the marketing team to organize events and outreach initiatives.

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience or interest in the Education sector
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field
