Role Overview:

The Admissions Counselor will manage student inquiries, provide detailed information about programs, and ensure a smooth admissions process while maintaining strong relationships with parents and the school community.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents.

• Conduct counseling sessions to explain curriculum, fees, and school facilities.

• Guide parents and students through application, enrollment, and admission procedures.

• Schedule campus visits, open houses, and parent meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment data.

• Collaborate with the academic and admin team to ensure a seamless admission process.

• Address parent concerns and provide exceptional service to enhance the school’s reputation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Previous experience in admissions or counseling is a plus.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
