Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  one-on-one counseling sessions

  with parents and students,

  in-person or telephonically

  .
• Address queries, provide guidance, and

  convert leads into enrollments

  .
• Build rapport with families and maintain

  long-term relationships

  to foster trust and referrals.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth admission processes.
• Support community-building initiatives and awareness programs to strengthen parent engagement.

Skills & Qualities Needed:

• Excellent

  communication, empathy, and persuasion skills

  (Hindi + English).
• Confident in

  counseling, relationship-building, and guiding decisions

  .
• Target-driven, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups.

• Graduate (any discipline)

  ; 0–3 years’ experience in counseling, sales, or education preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Comfortable conducting

  counseling both telephonically and in-person

  .

• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy

  to engage effectively with parents and students.
