Admissions Coordinator

We are seeking a results-driven Freelance Admission Coordinator to manage and support the student admission process. The coordinator will handle inquiries, guide prospective students, coordinate documentation, and ensure a smooth enrollment experience. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, social media, or messaging platforms
• Counsel prospective students on programs, eligibility, and admission requirements
• Manage end-to-end admission processes, from lead generation to enrollment
• Collect, verify, and organize student documents
• Maintain accurate admission records and databases
• Coordinate with academic, finance, and administrative teams
• Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates
• Support admission campaigns, events, and application deadlines
• Provide regular admission reports and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in admissions, education counseling, or student services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools
• Professional, empathetic, and student-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with schools, colleges, universities, or training institutes
• Knowledge of local or international admission processes
• Background in education, counseling, marketing, or administration
• Multilingual abilities (a plus)
