Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions.
Conduct motivational sessions and career counseling; generate quality student leads.
Coordinate with district authorities, Gram Panchayats, and state boards for permissions and outreach activities.
Achieve assigned admission and branding targets.
Identify branding opportunities and manage hoardings and promotional activities within budget.
Ensure strong brand visibility and contribute to regional admission growth.
Oversee distribution of brochures and marketing materials at exam centers and key locations.
Support creation and coordination of marketing collaterals with the team.
Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and submit analysis reports.
Maintain daily progress in UIMS and submit weekly plans to the reporting officer.
Assist in event planning and execution.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head Office.
