We are seeking a Junior Admission Process Executive for a full-time role based in Vadodara, Anand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition from application to enrollment. You will utilize your expertise in customer relationship management and document verification to provide a superior experience to applicants.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain effective communication and provide exceptional service (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with visa documentation to guide applicants through complex processes with accuracy and compliance (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in document verification to ensure the integrity and authenticity of application materials (Mandatory skill).
  • Adept in using MS Office for creating, editing, and organizing documents and spreadsheets efficiently.
  • Competent in email handling to manage communications professionally and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Strong documentation skills to accurately prepare, store, and share admission-related materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and foster understanding.
  • Effective telephonic communication skills to engage confidently with potential students and address their concerns.
