About the Role

Admission Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Student & Visitor Engagement

Welcome and counsel prospective students and parents.
Handle walk-ins, calls, and digital inquiries promptly and professionally.

2. Program Counseling

Explain course structures, eligibility, and career prospects for CA, ACCA, and CMA.
Provide tailored guidance based on student background and goals.

3. Admissions & Finance

Assist with applications, document verification, and fee submissions.
Explain fee structures and payment plans clearly.
Coordinate with Finance for collections and maintain accurate records.

4. Administration & Reporting

Maintain student records and CRM updates.
Track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Support in admission-related reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Basic knowledge of
CA, ACCA, CMA programs
.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English.
Empathy, patience, and a student-first approach.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
Team player with ownership of responsibilities.
