Admission Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will assist prospective students through the admission process, provide accurate information about our courses/programs, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will be the face of our institution and play a critical role in shaping the student journey from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about admission requirements, course options, eligibility, and enrollment process.
• Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into applications.
• Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions (offline or online).
• Coordinate and participate in admission events, webinars, seminars, and open houses.
• Maintain accurate records of student data, inquiries, applications, and conversions in CRM.
• Evaluate applications, verify documents, and ensure completion of the admission process.
• Provide support during entrance exams, interviews, or orientation programs if required.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve the admissions process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in admissions/counseling/student support (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + regional languages).
• Strong customer service mindset with persuasive and empathetic approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,913.81 - ₹35,000.00 per month
