Admission Officer

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and personable Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, guiding them through the admission process with clarity, care, and professionalism. The Admission Officer plays a vital role in promoting the school’s values and maintaining a smooth, transparent admissions experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students in person, over the phone, and via email
• Guide families through the complete admission process, from enquiry to enrollment
• Organize and participate in school tours, open houses, and orientation programs
• Maintain accurate and updated records of admissions, applications, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure seamless onboarding
• Assist in executing admission campaigns and outreach activities
• Maintain excellent communication and public relations on behalf of the institution

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education/marketing background preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles (preferably in an educational institution)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• A welcoming personality, with a professional and student-friendly approach
