Location- Wagholi, Pune

1. Managing Admission Inquiries

• Responding to inquiries from prospective students and parents about the school’s programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
• Providing detailed information through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

2. Organizing School Tours and Information Sessions

• Scheduling and conducting school tours for prospective students and families to showcase the school's facilities and environment.
• Organizing and coordinating open houses, orientation sessions, and events for prospective families.

3. Handling Application Processes

• Assisting families with the application process by guiding them through requirements, deadlines, and necessary documentation.
• Reviewing submitted applications, ensuring all required forms, documents, and information are complete and accurate.

4. Screening and Shortlisting Applicants

• Assessing student applications based on criteria like academic performance, extracurricular achievements, and personal interviews.
• Collaborating with school leadership and faculty to evaluate applicants and make admissions decisions.

5. Coordinating Entrance Examinations and Interviews

• Scheduling and organizing entrance exams, interviews, and any other assessment criteria required for the admission process.
• Liaising with academic staff to ensure proper evaluation of students during interviews and tests.

6. Maintaining Admission Records

• Keeping accurate records of all applicants, including personal information, test scores, interview results, and decisions.
• Updating and managing the admissions database and systems with the latest information.

7. Communicating Admission Decisions

• Informing students and families about admission decisions in a professional and timely manner.
• Handling queries regarding acceptance, rejection, or waitlist status and providing guidance on next steps.

8. Liaising with Various Departments

• Coordinating with academic departments, administration, and finance for smooth enrollment of new students.
• Ensuring that new students are properly registered and assisting in their onboarding process.

9. Marketing and Outreach Activities

• Participating in marketing efforts to promote the school, including attending education fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract prospective families.

10. Ensuring Compliance with Admission Policies

• Ensuring that the admission procedures comply with school policies, legal requirements, and any relevant educational regulations.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of student records and data.

11. Student and Parent Engagement

• Building strong relationships with prospective students and their families, offering personalized guidance throughout the admission journey.
• Addressing concerns or issues raised by parents and students during the admission process.

12. Reporting and Analysis

• Preparing periodic reports on admission trends, application statistics, and enrollment numbers for school leadership.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of the admission process and suggesting improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
