Aakash Institute is looking for an Admission & Marketing Executive for our Berhampore centre. The role involves student admissions, school outreach, and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities to increase awareness and enrolments.

The candidate will work closely with schools, parents, and students to promote Aakash courses and support admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student enquiries, counselling, and admissions

Visit schools for presentations, seminars, and tie-ups

Plan and execute BTL marketing activities (school campaigns, leaflets, banners, kiosks, events)

Coordinate with school authorities, teachers, and principals

Support seminars, tests, scholarship exams, and events

Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions

Follow up with parents and students for admissions

Work towards achieving monthly admission and marketing targets

Eligibility / Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)

Experience in education sales, admissions, or field marketing is an advantage

Comfortable with field work and school visits

Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English

Local area knowledge of Berhampore & nearby locations

Two-wheeler preferred
