Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students and convert leads into admissions. Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries , providing accurate course information. Follow up consistently with interested candidates. Meet or exceed monthly admission targets . Maintain lead data and update CRM records regularly. Collaborate with the marketing team for effective lead management. Counsel students based on their career goals and guide them to the right program. Requirements: Prior experience in career counselling , telecalling , or sales (preferably in education). Excellent communication and convincing skills in Malayalam and English . Ability to work under targets and pressure. Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
