CMA USA Faculty

Nextgen Academy is hiring an experienced and passionate CMA USA Faculty to train students in Part 1 and Part 2 of the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) USA program. We are looking for faculty who can simplify complex concepts, engage learners, and guide them toward exam success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom or online lectures for CMA USA Part 1 & Part 2 modules.
• Create lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests aligned with IMA syllabus.
• Guide students through case studies, numerical problems, and concept clarity.
• Conduct assessments, mock exams, and provide performance feedback.
• Stay up to date with CMA USA exam changes, updates, and best practices.
• Maintain high levels of student engagement and satisfaction.
• Support students with exam registration, strategies, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Requirements:
-CMA (USA) Qualified / CA / CPA / ACCA or relevant finance qualification

-Prior experience in teaching CMA USA or similar finance/accounting courses

-Strong command of accounting, finance, costing, and performance management

-Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required)

-Passion for teaching and mentoring students toward global certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
